free shuttle friendly staff
The staff was very friendly and the location is good. There is a free shuttle service to some places and the metro station is near the hotel.
The room was not spacious enough and the closet was very small.

Average stay with some issues
poor ac cockroach
The staff were helpful. (I can't complain about that)
The room I had lacked amenities compared to other places I've stayed. The AC wasn't good either, it struggled to keep the room cool. I also noticed a cockroach in the room, VERY disappointing. It makes me question the cleanliness.

a romantic escape..
free shuttle friendly staff efficient check-in
The complimentary bus shuttle travels hourly to airport terminals 1 and 3. It was very convenient. i found the staff friendly, ready to assist with any need. the check-in process was amazingly quick and efficient. the location next to the city centre deira is superb and super accessible.
i noticed the room lacked a few of the extra amenities i've found at other rove locations.

the food tasted AMAZING!!! the breakfast includes so many options. i'm really impressed with the delicious choices available each morning in the restaurant. the restaurant staff were lovely!!!

The hotel has a gym that i did not try, but it looked very new. a supermarket is inside the hotel, very practical for anything you might need. the hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport. This made my travels effortless.

The room was nice and neat throughout my stay. it felt spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. i requested a room without a connecting door and the staff took care of it.

double charge poor toiletries
the hotel is CLEAN, which i appreciate.
i was charged twice and it was confusing. i booked through some third-party site, not the hotel. toilet items i asked for almost never arrived. it left a bad taste.

great staff great location clean room great value
i enjoy the great staff. they are always ready to help. i appreciate the location. it is near the airport and city center. my room smelled great. i think it is a great value.
i noticed the housekeeping must work harder on their tasks.
